For the 14th consecutive season, his efforts will continue to be bolstered by his wife and co-head coach, Sonia Hahn-Patrick.   • Sonia Hahn-Patrick is in her 14th campaign as the first-ever co-head tennis coach for the Lady Volunteers. A four-year tennis standout at the University of Kentucky from 1985-89, Hahn-Patrick joined her husband, Mike, in 1997 after coaching at several different tennis venues. In her 12 years at Rocky Top, Hahn-Patrick has ascended to the upper echelon of the collegiate tennis coaching ranks.

  • Mario Toledo is in his eighth year with the Lady Vols. He has significant experience with the University of Tennessee as he played with the Volunteer tennis team from 2000-02 after transferring from Georgia Perimeter College, where he claimed a junior college national championship both seasons. He was named the David Rowland Male Junior College Athlete of the Year, a national award covering all collegiate sports, in his second season. At UT, Toledo went 19-8 as a junior and 33-12 in his final collegiate campaign, posting a cumulative 21-4 record in the No. 2 position.
